Kashmiri Chaye Recipe

This mouth-watering "Beverages" recipe for Kashmiri Chaye can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.

Recipe Ingredients
  • 4 cup Water
  • pinch Soda
  • 4 Green cardamom
  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 50 gm Almond & pistachio
  • 1 tbsp Tea leaves
  • as required Sugar
Recipe Method
  1. In pan, put together 4 cup Water, 1 tbsp Tea leaves and 4 Green cardamoms. Cook on low flame till water remains half. Now add a pinch of soda and beat well. Separately boil 1/2 liter milk and add tea mixture. Pour in cups, top with chopped almond and pistachios. Serve hot.
